What we collect

Any personally indentifying information we collect will be on a voluntary basis. You are free to read any articles we post without logging in or telling us who you are. PayPal Insights

(Updated 11/8/2017) PayPal has added a tracking feature for merchants who process web payment through PayPal. We are currently implementing this option as a way to see which pages on our web site receive the most (or the fewest) views. We do this to better understand how our visitors use our site and where we need to improve our content. Since PayPal Insights is a new service, we are still in the process of evaluating it.

What is the PayPal insights script?

It is a snippet of JavaScript that loads in the page footer. It tells PayPal which page is being loaded and which IP address requested it. It shares cookie data from our site.

  • For our internal record keeping related to inquiries you submit to us.

  • To share news about our website with you if you opt into our mailing list. We do not spam. Using our inquiry form will not automatically add you to our e-mail list, which must be requested separately.
  • We do share some customer browsing data with PayPal Insights to help us understand which pages our customers are viewing (or not viewing) so that we can create better content in future.

What we Do Not do with your information
